Health rules for a successful event at the UFR Santé of Rouen:
Our priority: to welcome you in optimal sanitary conditions!
In the current context related to Covid-19, the P2M Symposium ensures you a secure event!
In the current health context, we strongly recommend that all eligible individuals complete their covid booster dose (3rd dose) before the symposium deadline.
1 – THE HEALTH PASS IS MANDATORY for this event.
The health pass system was introduced by the law of May 31, 2021 until September 30, 2021 (extended until July 31, 2022) for access to large gatherings (over 50 people since July 21).
The health pass is required:
- for the public (adults) in all these places and establishments from Monday, August 9, according to the government’s announcement;
- for the staff who work there from August 30, 2021.
Penalties are incurred in case of non-presentation of the pass by the public (minimum fine of 135 euros) and lack of control by the merchants and professionals in charge of the control (formal notice and possible temporary closure of the establishment, then in case of repetition penalty of one year in prison and 9,000 euros fine).
In a reservation of interpretation, the Constitutional Council specified that the controls of the health pass must be based on criteria excluding any discrimination.
